Because it was just Emily and I for dinner last night, I asked her what she wanted to eat. Even gave her the choice of junk (mostly because I was feeling too lazy to get up and do anything. What a fine example of motherhood, I know!)
Anyway, she thought for a moment and asked for scrambled eggs with cheese cooked in. Then she went on to give her request a name ~ CHEGGS (cheese + eggs).
So, next time you want a quick and easy dinner for kids, cook up some cheggs and watch their faces light up!
