So, have you had a rough day at work?

I bet I can beat it. Last week all the fire alarms went off in the building. Fire doors closed. Residents were isolated in their rooms. All because, apparently, one of the exhaust fans in the bathroom overheated and started a fire in the attic.

We got to have firetrucks with all the sirens and lights ablaze. Residents, family, and staff were all situated properly. Fortunately, our maintenance guy showed up with the fire hydrant pretty quickly and was able to put out the fire.

What a day...
