Another GF trial

Last night we were invited to a friend's home for Family Home Evening. We were to bring some type of dessert, so I made these peanut butter cookies I've been wanting to try. I added chocolate chips to the mix because you rarely go wrong adding chocolate to anything.

Anyhoo, after the lesson, the kids got to swim, and then (finally) our hosts decided it was time for dessert. I brought appx. 30 cookies and they disappeared in less than 10 minutes between nine people. They were soooooo yummy.

Now, I have the perfect last minute cookie that I can take anywhere because they are so good and so easy.
