Last night's brownies were so yummy! I will definitely make them again.
There was no horrible garbanzo bean flavor. They were moist, fudgy, and so "real"!!!
No more deprivation for me. I ate one for lunch today and Katelyn was shocked. She thought they were gluten-laden treats because they looked, smelled, and tasted so good.

On a totally unrelated note, did you know traffic around the mall today was horrendous? I'm so glad to be home finally without any further need to venture in that direction today. Next week, though, is a different story...
