How interesting it has been to learn of the process wherein a temple president is called. A member of the First Presidency calls the individual personally. This assignment is not delegated nor assigned out to another.
This has caused Chad and I to consider the importance of this calling and assignment. How many other callings are extended personally by a member of the First Presidency? I honestly don't know, but this has been a humbling experience for our family and we look forward to the changes that will come about because of it.
